Step 1:

Make sure that you are logged in on our site.

​Step 2:

Submit your best photos (either 10 or 15 max) before the closing date given  (see competition rules).

Step 3:

Give the context to your Images that are asked in the portal.

​

​

​

Step 4:

Select either the 10 or 15 image package and head to checkout.

Note: If the package that you bought includes fewer entries than you entered, your additional entries will be disqualified. ​

Step 5:

When selected for the shortlist, please have your valid ID/passport ready to verify that you are under 25. 

We will ask you to upload a copy when required.​

Step 6:

The top entries will form a shortlist and will be announced on the YPOTY website.

Please note that if you do make the shortlist, you will be required to share the RAW files on a Google Drive Folder.

Step 7:

Then begins the final selection of winners. Patiently wait to see if you have what it takes to be the Southern African Youth Photographer of 2024 and additionally win a share of the great array of prizes made possible by our sponsors.
